Sam Waley

Exercise Physiologist

Sam has a wealth of experience in the field of exercise rehabilitation and has operated in the Bayside area for over 10 years. Sam has a strong background working in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cancer and oncology and also with a variety of people suffering from chronic health conditions. Sam is passionate about the need for good health and well-being and strongly believes in developing effective exercise interventions that will positively influence his client’s clinical status and quality of life.


Nathan Walles

Exercise Physiologist

Nathan has had experience working in the community health sector and within private clinics that service neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain. Having an interest in mental health, cardiometabolic and musculoskeletal conditions, Nathan is particularly passionate about assisting people in reaching their fitness goals and promoting long-term independence to help people do what they enjoy, for longer. He strongly believes in the impact of exercise and loves to share his knowledge with everyone.

Kate Zoch

Exercise Physiologist

Kate has experience in a private practise environment working with a wide range of health conditions. Some of these include orthopaedic and cardiac patients, mental health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Kate is extremely passionate about using exercise as medicine and taking a holistic approach with her clients. She also has a particular interest in women’s health, pregnancy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Freya Andrews

Exercise Physiologist

Freya has gained experience working in the private practice field with a variety of clinical health conditions, some of which range from cardiovascular, mental health, musculoskeletal to neurological rehabilitation. Freya is fuelled by her passion to help others achieve their optimal health and wellbeing through tailored exercise interventions and implementing strategies to improve long-term independence. She strongly believes in taking a client-centred approach to enhance functional capacity and quality of life.
